Shipping Information

How long does it take to send my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of them being
placed.

How are the products packaged?

To us our packaging is a big part of our brand and connection to other blues. We want the opening to be special and the products to arrive safe, so that's what you can expect.

What couriers do you use?

We've used various couriers since starting but have found Evri to be reliable and quick for orders to the UK and UPS for international shipping.

Do you have a shop I could visit?

Not currently, but we'd love one by the new ground in the future! If you own a shop and would be interested in stocking our products, drop us an email hello@forevereverton.co.uk

How can I track my order?

Once your package has shipped, you will be sent tracking details via email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t think you’ve received it.

There's also a link in our website navigation to "Track Order" just enter your details on the page and you'll get an update straight away.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We have a 30 day returns policy. If you want to return an order, it must be returned in a perfect, sellable condition in order for a complete refund.

You must pay for and organise the shipping yourself. To organise returning an order to us, please email hello@forevereverton.co.uk

How do I return something to you?

If you have a problem with your order, inform us as soon as possible on hello@forevereverton.co.uk (up to 7 days after delivery) and we will find a solution for you. If you are returning goods to us, always include your name, order number, address and brief description in the package.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance, because we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Have you received my returned items?

Once we receive an item back from you, we will contact you as soon as we can.

I love your work, can I get something made specially?

Yes, custom made products are certainly possible. Please get in touch with us for more information via our email

I want to buy something that's marked as "sold out" will it be restocked?

Check the limitation of the product you are looking for. If it is a limited
product and it is marked as sold out, it will not be in stock again.
However, if the product is not limited, please get in touch for more information about a re-stock.
