Shipping & Orders

How long will my order take to arrive?

All our products are made to order here in the UK. We aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days. Standard UK delivery usually takes 1–3 days after dispatch. If you need something urgently, let us know—we’ll always do our best to help.

How are products packaged?

We put a lot of care into our packaging because we want opening your order to feel special—like a gift from one Blue to another. Everything is packed to arrive safe and sound.

What couriers do you use?

We’ve tried a few different couriers over the years, but now we use Royal Mail for all UK orders because they’re reliable and quick. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll get a text message with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. For international shipping, we use UPS to make sure your order arrives safely, wherever you are.

Do you have a shop I could visit?

Not currently, but we'd love one by the new ground in the future! If you own a shop and would be interested in stocking our products, drop us an email hello@forevereverton.co.uk

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive your tracking details by both email and text message as soon as your order ships (if you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder). Just follow the link in the message to track your parcel every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your returns policy?

No worries—returns are easy. You have 90 days to return items in perfect, sellable condition for a full refund (just cover return postage). Email us at hello@forevereverton.co.uk to get started.

How do I return something?

If you’d like to return something, just email us at hello@forevereverton.co.uk to get started. We’ll guide you through the process and help find the best solution for you. Once we’ve confirmed your return, please include your name, order number, and address in the package. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we can’t guarantee receipt otherwise.

How will I know you’ve received my return?

We’ll email you as soon as your return arrives and process it quickly.

Sizing & Stock

I’m not sure about sizing—what should I do?

Every product page has a detailed size guide and real-life photos. If you’re still unsure, just ask! We’re happy to help with advice or quick exchanges if it’s not quite right.

The product I want is sold out—will it be restocked?

If it’s a limited edition, once it’s gone, it’s gone. For other products, just get in touch—we’ll let you know when it’s back or suggest something similar.
