How long does it take to deliver?
We offer multiple shipping options that differ according to the speed you need your order, including Express Delivery which if ordered before 9am should reach you by the next working day.
What happens if I don’t receive my order?
The first place to look is the Track Order page which can be found in the navigation at the top of the website. There you’ll be able to enter your order details to see where your order is.
If your order is taking longer than expected please contact our support team at hello@forevereverton.co.uk straight away and we will be able to help you.
Please contact within 7 days of not receiving your parcels as this ensures an investigation is opened with the courier and will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What is the cut off time for Express Delivery?
The cut off time for delivery is 9am Monday to Friday.
What if I want to change my address?
If you require to change your address, please contact our support team at hello@forevereverton.co.uk straight away and we will be able to help you.

What’s your return policy?
We will accept any item, unworn and still still in saleable condition, back to us within 30 days of you receiving the goods.
How do I return an item?
You can return your item(s) by packing them up and sending them back to the address below with a note detailing your name, order number, address and a description of whether you’d like a refund, exchange for a bigger/ smaller size or design.
We advise that you send your return tracked as lost items cannot be refunded by us, but tracked items will be compensated by the courier.

Have you received my returned item?
You can check whether we have received your return by checking the tracking of the parcel you have returned. We can take 2-5 days from when you send back the parcel for the return to be processed.
I haven’t received my money after 7 days?
If you have received an e-mail stating we have refunded you then it can take 3-5 business days to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by this time and you have received the confirmation e-mail, then please contact your payment provider.
Will my delivery charge be refunded?
Your delivery charge will only be refunded if your entire order was faulty or incorrect.
