Ordering & payments

Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order (including correcting an address), email hello@forevereverton.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it but can’t guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

I entered the wrong address – what now?
Contact us immediately at hello@forevereverton.co.uk provide your name, order number and the correct address. If your parcel hasn’t shipped we can amend it. If it’s already been dispatched, we’ll work with the courier to redirect where possible.

Do you include receipts or prices in the parcel?
Yes – parcels contain a packing slip with the items and pricing. 

What payment methods do you accept? Is checkout secure?
We accept major debit/credit cards and PayPal via Shopify’s secure checkout. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Shipping & delivery

When will my order be dispatched?
Forever Everton products are printed in-house in the UK. Production time is up to 3 working days. If anything is unexpectedly out of stock we’ll contact you to discuss options.

What shipping options do you offer?

  • Standard shipping – budget-friendly; typically delivered within 5-7 working days after dispatch (UK).

  • Express delivery – order before 9 am Monday–Friday and your parcel should arrive next working day.

  • International shipping – available to many countries. Delivery times vary by destination; customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

All orders over £50 ship free within the UK. Carriers include Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, USPS and P2P depending on size and destination.

Need it for a match or birthday?
Choose Express Delivery and order before 9 am for next‑working‑day arrival. If your deadline is tight, email hello@forevereverton.co.uk with your order number – we’ll advise on the best option.

How do I track my order?
Use our Track Order page (link in the site navigation) to enter your order details. Tracking information will update once the parcel is scanned by the courier. If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, contact us.

What if my parcel is late or missing?
Check the Track Order page first. If it still hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the expected date, email us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Do you ship internationally? Will I pay customs/import fees?
Yes – we ship worldwide. Customs fees, duties and taxes vary by country and are included in the final price you pay us. Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses?
We'll do our best to help you get items to blues globally, we haven't failed so far. :)

Returns & exchanges

What’s your returns policy?
We offer a 90‑day return period. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
Email hello@forevereverton.co.uk with your order number to request a return. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Where do I send returns?
Return parcels to:

Include your name, order number, address and a note on whether you want a refund or exchange. We recommend sending returns tracked.

How long do returns take?
Returns are processed 2–3 days after we receive them. Once a refund is issued it can take 3–5 business days to reach your account.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, of course we can help you with that, just follow the returns process above and we'll help you.

Will my delivery charge be refunded?
If your entire order is faulty or incorrect, we’ll refund the delivery charge. Otherwise, shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Are any items non‑returnable?
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom/personalised items or special orders

  • Perishable goods, personal care items or hazardous materials

Product info & sizing

What are your garments made of?
We use premium PurePrint cotton tees – typically 100% cotton with a solid 180 gsm weight. Hoodies and sweatshirts may include a cotton/poly blend for warmth. All garments are printed in‑house in the UK.

How should I wash and care for items?

  • Turn the garment inside out and wash at 30 °C with similar colours

  • Do not tumble dry – hang to air dry

  • Use a cool iron if needed with a towel to protect; avoid ironing over prints

  • Avoid bleach, harsh detergents and dry cleaning
    Treat it right and your tee will stay a favourite from pre‑season to final whistle.

How do your T‑shirts fit?
Our tees are a retail unisex cut – not too baggy, not too slim, exactly the same as what you get on the high street. For the best fit:

  1. Lay a favourite tee flat and measure across the chest, just under the armpits.

  2. Compare this measurement with the size chart on each product page.

  3. If between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or down for a snug fit.

Are colours exactly as shown online?
We photograph products in natural light, but screen settings vary. Slight differences may occur.

Are designs officially licensed?
Our artwork is inspired by Everton heritage and culture. It is not official club merchandise but celebrates the history and passion of the Blues.

Do prints come framed?
Unless stated, art prints are supplied unframed. Framed options are shipped with biodegradable bubble wrap to protect the wood and perspex.

Personalised items

We currently don’t offer personalisation. If custom items become available, please note they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Discounts & offers

How do discount codes work?
Enter your code at checkout to see the discount applied.

Why didn’t my discount code work?
Check that the code hasn’t expired, is typed correctly and meets minimum spend requirements. Still stuck? Email us with a screenshot and we’ll help.

Account & privacy

I signed up but didn’t get my welcome discount email. What do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder. Add hello@forevereverton.co.uk to your safe senders list. If it’s still missing, email us and we’ll send your code manually.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
There’s an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every marketing email. Clicking it will remove you from our list immediately.

Is my data secure?
Forever Everton uses Shopify’s secure infrastructure. We never sell your data. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

Troubleshooting

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.
It may be in your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, verify you entered your email correctly at checkout. Contact us and we’ll confirm your order.

My payment failed but money left my account.
Sometimes failed payments show as pending. These usually fall away within a few hours. If the charge settles but you don’t get an order confirmation, contact us with the transaction ID.

I received only part of my order.
Multi‑item orders sometimes ship in separate parcels. Check your tracking numbers for multiple deliveries. If something is missing after all parcels arrive, get in touch.

Something is wrong with my order (damaged, defective, wrong item).
Email hello@forevereverton.co.uk immediately with photos and your order number. Please don't worry, we'll help you to get this sorted.
