I ordered a mug of this superb Everton site which was delivered promptly but unfortunately it had been damaged in transit. I emailed Rob at "Forever Everton" to inform him of the news to which he replied within hours to say sorry about that and a replacement would be sent out right away. A few days later a brand new and undamaged mug was delivered without any fuss. I can't recommend this company enough, 10 out of 10.
