Shipping

Every order is handled with care and sent out as quickly as possible.

- Standard delivery: orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days (and leave us by day 5 at the latest)

- Express delivery: choose 1–2 working day delivery at checkout if you need it sooner

You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not right, we’ll help.

- Returns accepted within 90 days of placing your order

- Items must be unworn and in saleable condition

- Faulty or incorrect items will always be put right

How to return an item

Please include a note with:

- Your name
- Order number
- Whether you’d like a refund, size exchange, or different design

We recommend sending returns tracked. Unfortunately, we can’t refund items that go missing in transit.

Processing & refunds

Returns are processed within 2–5 working days of arriving back with us
Refunds usually appear within 3–5 working days after confirmation
Original delivery charges are refunded only if the full order was faulty or incorrect
