Delivery Information
How long does delivery take?
We offer a range of delivery options so you can choose what works best for you.
If you need your order quickly, Express Delivery is available. Orders placed before 9am (Monday–Friday) will usually arrive the next working day.
Delivery times vary depending on the option selected at checkout, but tracking details are sent for every order, so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can see exactly where your parcel is and when it’s due to arrive.
You can also check the status of your order at any time via the Track Order page, which you’ll find in the main navigation at the top of the website.
What if there’s a problem with my delivery?
If your delivery looks delayed or something doesn’t seem right, please contact us straight away at
hello@forevereverton.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
To make sure we can resolve things as quickly as possible, please get in touch within 7 days of your expected delivery date. This allows us to open an investigation with the courier without delay.
What is the cut-off time for Express Delivery?
The cut-off time for Express Delivery is 9am, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
What if I need to change my delivery address?
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at

Returns Information
What’s your return policy?
We’re happy to accept returns within 90 days of you placing your order.
Items must be unworn and in a saleable condition so we can process your return quickly and fairly.
How do I return an item?
If you’d like to return something, simply pack the item securely and send it back to us with a note that includes:
Your name
Order number
Address
Whether you’d like a refund, an exchange for a different size, or an exchange for a different design

We strongly recommend sending your return tracked. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund items that go missing in transit, but tracked parcels are covered by the courier.
How long do returns take to process?
Once your return arrives back with us, please allow 2–5 days for it to be checked and processed.
You can use your courier’s tracking to confirm when your parcel has been delivered back to us.
When will I receive my refund?
Once you receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, it can take 3–5 working days for the funds to appear back in your account.
If that time has passed and the money hasn’t arrived, your payment provider will be able to help with the next steps.
Will my delivery charge be refunded?
Delivery charges are refunded only if your entire order was faulty or incorrect.
